Miau. :3 We're back with a new battlemap: Hell Tax's Office.
We imagined this art deco bureaucracy-scape filled with fervent pencil pushing demons deep in the bowels of the Nine Hells. Let Charon ferry you to this unhallowed place and have your deeds challenged against the weight of a feather. The red rubber stamp of doom awaits all those unworthy. This is a last chance of repentence for all dead PCs who seek another chance. Do not try to escape your fate, Ceberus is waiting.

Hi, I've just asked some other patrons to test this and the $5 link seems to be working fine for them, not sure why you'd be having that error. Also, so that you know in future, the $5 link contains all the maps of the $1 and $3 links, so you don't need to download all 3. :)
