Thank you for the content Hamilton! Very interesting conversation. This guy knows what's up - especially in regard to the importance of allosteric sites and allosteric modulators. Maybe even more exciting than targeting NMDA allosteric sites is the selective targeting of metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGlu5, mGlu2-3). There are already a number of mGlu allosteric modulating compounds (PAMs and NAMs) that are used in research, however I have never heard of anyone ever trying them. I've always felt that someone should :)

Other sellers, jumping on the new market just laid it on blotter, put in liquid or sold powder as is and soon to follow were the nughtmare overdoses for a couple of festival seasons. Wish my homie were here today, he'd be all up in the pharmapsychedelic scene. He studied under some heavy hitters at Rice and Case western. He was murdered
