IDK if you've got the (poorly named) Oriental Adventures books, but there's a dream monster in there that one of my DMs has used in the game that's pretty neat.

2019-06-10 23:44:30 +0000 UTCSince my party is over a year into the campaign, I had this idea recently where something (a dream?) brings the party to some strange realm where they have to deal with all the various enemies who got away over the course of the story. This seems like a really good "arena" for such an encounter to happen. Night hags are known for messing with the dreams of their victims.
