Should I have used this as the thumbnail photo instead?

Behind the scenes I take many many thumbnail photos for each video because I get the most self conscious about them.
The thumbnail picture makes a huge difference as to whether people click on the video or not. So much pressure!
I really liked the energy of this photo but alas, it does not look very ASMR.
