I chose an idea from the original suggestions that did not make the cut for this months 'Fairy Tale Filth'~

This painting was made solely with the 'Gouache Brush'/'Turnip Pen' for coloring as well as the 'Blur/Fingertip' brush to gentle blending. Tinkerbell's 'Glow' was made by duplicating her color layer, changing it to 'Overlay' and making the whole layer a rich yellow, then 'Gaussian Blurring' the layer. Duplicate that layer again and turn it to 'Add Glow'!
