I chose one of the non-winning ideas for a little 'Halloween Timelapse' with spooky waifu, Ember Mclain!

This painting was made solely with the 'Gouache Brush'/'Turnip Pen' for coloring as well as the 'Blur/Fingertip' brush to gentle blending. The Hair glow was made by duplicating the basic layer, turning it to 'Add Glow' and using Gaussian Blur to gently flare it out.
The classic 'Danny Phantom' ghost outline was done by duplicating the color layer, adding a color border, rasterizing, and then using Gaussian Blur with 'Add Glow' as the layer setting.
