Patron Role on Discord Server

The discord servers are being merged today, and you should have already lost your role on the private server. You should automatically get your role again on the public server if you're already there.
If your role isn't updating, or if you're not yet on the other server, please try disconnecting and reconnecting Patreon to Discord.
This can be done by going Settings > More > Connected Apps, where you can deauthorize and then reauthorize it here on Patreon.

OMG Thank u, btw just joined as a patreon, so just sayn u might wanna update the page where u sign up as it has the old dead link instead of this one.

2023-01-10 16:51:05 +0000 UTCdid you just leave the server on discord or did you actually disconnect through patreon? it worked for me but I did it in patreon- go to settings -> more -> connected apps and then disconnect and reconnect discord.
