Patreon credits

For a long time, putting together the end screen Patron credits took a really long time. I had to manually add each name, and make sure specific requests were respected. For example, using nicknames (different than Patron account), or not including a name (despite selecting the perk).
This was okay for a while, but with more supporters, it eventually became unmanageable. Now, I am doing it by exporting the names directly from Patreon. This has two effects:
1) only accounts with the perks selected will show up. If you want to support, but not show up, I think you can choose to receive no perk. You will still get access to early videos, etc.
2) there are no nicknames or name changes.
I hope this is okay for everyone. Let me know what you think.
