A new NileBlue

This is a new video for NileBlue, where we tried out my new high speed camera. Let me know what you think of it!

A new NileBlue

Comments

Hello! I'm new to Patreon and you're tue first person I have supported. It's not much, but out of all of the stuff I watch on Youtube, your science and chemistry videos are my favourite. I'm neither a chemist (actually failed grade 11 chemistry) nor a fim maker (took a photography course and never finished it) but I have to say, the chemistry is fascinating and your production quality and delivery is just perfect. Thanks!

NileRed's had worked hard to montsge this video and he throwed it to garbage

it was deleted

Just got a chance to take a look and it's saying the video has been removed.

I'm not sure what to think. You'll need nitric acid. Glass tibes shaped for the proper application of this experiment. P.P.E as well.

Add also if i could get it to you i would make you some pure nitric acid but as far as shipping goes its just really hazardous and i dont think it would get thru customs for some reason unless your in canada then can post would take it but i dont th iij nk your in canada lol

Yeah man i liked it i reallyblike your nilered vids fornhow detailed they are bit this seems likentour having a lot more fun with it and a lot less soul crushing as you said once before i do belive either way good show keep it up

In my country, most people have a different type of acid cabinet...

NileRed behind the scenes

"With enough aniline and nitric acid you could power your car." Absolutely perfect science teacher trolling, I can't stop laughing.

Unsure how much is playing for camera but some value in buying some spare extinguishers and actually using them to get a feel for the throw and splash back. Even better if you can find a fire training place that will let you use them on an actual fire. CO2 can be highly effective but tricky to aim and prone to relighting. Knowing you quickly that fume hood clears the CO2 helps answer the question of leave it running vs E-stop if things ever do go wrong.

I love it - as much as I love your nicely produced voice-over videos... watching you guys actually doing what you do in the lab in real time, as it were, behind the scenes, is good fun. :) I love the slo-mo too. Definitely way more interesting to see what's happening. Ahh the eternal chemist's problem... "Nobody would sell it to us."

Andy D.

Definitely very cool slow motion footage especially when the analine hits the nitric acid

Are Corey your brother? You two look so much like each other. And nice video I like this style

great video

So wait, who are the other two guys and what are their roles exactly? Have they been working with you for a long time?

at 5:50, is that the tungsten cube that William Osman used to crush stuff, or its just a random metal cube?

David Pelayo

"You could power your car with it" "InCoRrEcT"

Well, that was cool and fun to see you remind me of a tamer version of cody or Explosions and fire (TOM) i mean. At least you did not get hurt and followed all the safety protocols.

Daniel Blake Shoemaker

The second one was *definitely* cooler.

Awesome video, love these new style videos :)

Amazing!

That smile, that damned smile

Awesome happy smile
