It should be around 6pm EDT time (Toronto/New York).
And if you miss this one, dont worry, there will be plenty more! I am going to try and do them more often.

It's currently Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). EST is an hour later (and doesn't make sense, except if you try to look it up as a UTC/GMT/BST offset or similar).
