New Patreon benefit
Added 2017-04-11 16:00:19 +0000 UTCWhat do you guys think of me posting videos and photos of projects as I am working on them? It would just be stuff taken with my phone and in no particular order.
The full video would be posted a month or more later.

That's a good idea. I decided to make an instagram account for highlights and stuff. However, bloopers and other behind the scenes things like that would be good to post here.

2017-04-19 23:58:25 +0000 UTCI agree with @Carl Bright, I would love to see some bloopers :P
2017-04-16 07:35:05 +0000 UTCThats a great idea - I expect it'll make very interesting viewing
2017-04-14 20:14:28 +0000 UTCI would love that

2017-04-14 10:44:29 +0000 UTChaha, i understand what you mean. I am trying to spice up my Patreon a little :p

2017-04-12 14:41:21 +0000 UTCbloopers could actually be pretty fun to do. There are many more than i like to show :p

2017-04-12 14:40:41 +0000 UTCYeah, they would probably end up being redundant. Your point has been noted

2017-04-12 14:40:18 +0000 UTCA blooper vid? Short is perfectly fine since most of us Americans have an attention span of a Goldfish :)
2017-04-12 10:13:55 +0000 UTCI think it depends very much on what sort of stuff you show us. If you will be showing short vids of you attempting to solve a particular problem that has arisen when you are working up some project, then fine. I see no point in showing time-slices out of the time line of a project, then repeating them all over in the final product. In other words, if the bits contain something new, something not covered in the final presentation, then that would be educational, but not if the bits are redundant.

2017-04-12 04:40:04 +0000 UTCI think it's an awesome idea! I also think think you should give this benefit only to your Patrons. I'm not wanting to seem selfish or anything; however, it will encourage your subscribers to help support your great work and feel special while doing a good deed. I must admit seeing my name at the end of your video gave me straight bragging rights with my 2 college student daughters. ;-)
2017-04-11 20:52:24 +0000 UTCI know exactly what you mean! I appreciate the input

2017-04-11 19:05:36 +0000 UTCThat is true. I did initially want this this to be just for Patrons, but it might be interesting to use something like instagram which would organize it a lot better.

2017-04-11 19:05:24 +0000 UTCIf you don't feel like it's a burden, and it's something you want to do, then I guess you should do it. I probably wouldn't watch them, though, just because of my own hectic life. Rather wait for the good stuff.

2017-04-11 18:40:14 +0000 UTCI think this would be a great idea, it would give us a inside look at how how you are making these videos! I would like it!
2017-04-11 18:23:24 +0000 UTCYou could use something like Instagram (not fan of Snapchat 😎) stories to post photos and clips
2017-04-11 18:21:05 +0000 UTCoh no. It wouldn't change anything! It is just something I thought might be appreciated, it doesn't take much or any extra time to do really
Nile Red
2017-04-11 17:46:06 +0000 UTC*one main video per month
2017-04-11 17:39:55 +0000 UTCThis sounds good but does it mean there will only be one video per month instead of the usual three or four?
2017-04-11 17:37:21 +0000 UTCI understand what you mean. It wouldnt take me much more time though. It would be as much effort as a snapchat really. Maybe 30 seconds. Does that change anything?

2017-04-11 17:18:14 +0000 UTCTBH? Nah. I barely have time as it is to watch the stuff from the people I support. I'd rather just wait for the final videos. Even if they're just random phone video clips, it's still going to cost you time and effort to post them, which is going to come out of your time budget for more meaningful stuff.

2017-04-11 16:57:56 +0000 UTCNice idea!
2017-04-11 16:55:18 +0000 UTCI'd love that! :)
