Added 2023-07-03 04:08:36 +0000 UTClineart and color outline, will do test colors before i finish this, managed to get how opentoonz works, is way complex than core retas to use but has the similar flow, is like joining all core retas apps into 1 that's why is confusing and complex to get at the beginning
decided to go for a 4:3 format instead 16:9 for this one
