Weekly Update

How are you doing my beautiful people?

Some mornings are harder than others. So I waited a bit before writhing this just, so I'd be coherent.

Not that I have anything important to say this morning. The whole week was all about work, with just a little bit of socialization (that was fun).

Healthwise, everything is great. I re-adjusted my protein intake ( I had a bit over corrected and was actually gaining weight ) and so far I am very happy with the result. I have all my energies, and got back in the right direction weight wise. I'll have to monitor the situation, just to be safe.

I've also taken motivational steps, so I keep exercising this winter. Going for long walks in the summer is easy. But winter has started and getting out way less fun these days. I do have a treadmill, but it freaking boring. With a few friends we formed a group where we share our exercise time on "Conqueror" ( an app where you virtually go on hikes all over the world) to encourage each other to keep it up. So far so good. I'm excited to see the result.

So that's for last week.

This week

Work, work, work.

Yesterday's payout if the smallest payout I have had ever since 2018. This is an issue. Now. I'm not complaining about any of you. You are all awesome. And if you can't afford to support me, than by all mean, take care of yourself and your love ones first. But I need to think about it. For now, the commissions are enough to correct the situation and keep working on my own projects, but this situation cannot last for ever. 1rst, the inflation is kicking everybody's ass. and 2nd, every time I can't work on my main projects, I see my numbers getting impacted. In short,  the more commissions I take, the less supporters I have. This is the downward spiral I am stuck in right now and I'm not sure how to get out of it.

That said, I'm still motivated to keep entertaining you all with my work, and will do everything I can to keep it up as long as it is possible. I'm just hoping that the economy will kick back sooner than later.

Speaking of commission, I'm almost done with the current list (only 2 names remaining) so it's time to re-open shop for another 5 slots. Anyone interested, you can contact me via e-mail at alxr34@outlook.com

This week's commission is well under way. The sketch has been approved and the linework is 2/3 done.

And I hope to get back to the cartoon car wash by the end of the week.
