Weekly Update...I'm still alive.

Damn! This week was a rollercoaster. I hope you are doing fine.
Production wise, I'm not happy. Tuesday's American elections hit me harder than I expected. I'm not going to make this a political post. Let's just say, I'm not on the winner's side and while I was expecting the loss, I wasn't prepared for that kind of extraordinary victory on their part. I was stunned.
The saying in Canada is: "We are like mice sleeping in the same bed of an elephant. Each time it moves, we risk getting squashed" and that was quite a move! Beside, to be fair, Canada's next election aren't too far way and our own prospect aren't a lot better at this point.
So anyway... While still trying, workwise, Wednesday and Tuesday where pretty much wasted. I did manage to complete all the elements I had for the "Cartoon Car Wash" and sent the new sketch to the commissioner, but I should have been able to do so much more during that time. I'm trying to make up the said time during the weekend. So far, the new commission look GREAT! It's a weird one about 8 bits characters I never heard about, but I think I'm doing a good job on it.
Health wise, everything went the right way. No more anxiety attacks. And I've been dealing with the vertigo. I didn't have any of those events in the last 3 or 4 days. The main thing I need to remember is to have enough proteins in me every day. As long as this is on track, the rest tend to fall into place. So I started to add protein powder in my coffees. I hate the taste of protein powder, but turns out: as a coffee sweetener, it works great.
Ok so... This week:
Since I'm behind schedule, my first priority will be to finish last week's commission. Hopefully Today.
2nd, will be to start working on the one for this week.
And finally, a few new SEXY elements for the cartoon carwash, right? Last week's batch was only fillers and it didn't exactly help with the motivation.
