Quick Update

I had a long week and ended up at the ER yesterday.
I was relaxed, working on my things on the computer when something snaped in my head ( it really felt like that ) and became extreamely dizzy. A few minutes later things calmed down but I felt confused and started feeling cold. I honestly though I was going to die.
Turns out, it was apparently something in my inner ear and I was never in any real danger. The cold and confusion afterward was my body being in a state of shock. The doctor sent me home after a neurologic examination and I need to contact my family doctor just to be on the safe side, but it should be benign.
Today I feel GREAT!
I just completed the latest commission and will post it as soon as the commissioner approve of it. I simply wanted to keep you in the loop and assure you that I did not forgot about you. Stuff was going on :P

2023-03-25 11:18:08 +0000 UTCI had something similar happen several months back. I was at work when my ear suddenly became clogged and a headache kicked in. It was so sudden and intense I had to stop what I was doing for a minute, but after 30 minutes the pain and dizziness went away entirely. Later that night a bunch of dried blood came out of that ear.

If so it could well be BPPV (benign positional vertigo) and nothing at all too worry about. An episode of it feels horrendous though. Dizzy. Nausea etc etc
