If I was to make a top three of the most influential artists on my career, 1rst- would be Uderzo ( I learned drawing by copying his work ), 2nd- Disney ( the classic look of the movies, especially for the male characters) and in the 3rd position, execo would be Manara ( more as an ideal of beauty and style that I never managed to acheive) and Ralph Bakshi, which, I think, is the one that shows the more in my work. Watch "American Pop" and you'll see basically everything I'm trying to achieve.
But my favorite movie of him is "Wizards". An amazing fantasy movie in a dystopian apocalypse with elves, fairies, robots and nazis. This movie BLEW MY MIND when I first saw it in college and is still easily part my top 10 of the best movies ever made.
As my own birthday gift to myself, I decided to use it as a subject for the first time and went all in. I'm very happy with the result.
And I hope you people will like it too.

PS: Tomorrow, I should start working on Tracy Scops new comic ( which is usually released the following month )... I have yet to receive the script, and there's a chance that it will fill up the month of December. So this might be it for this year people... O_o'
Although, I'll try my best to complete de comic before Christmas and draw something for you during the holly days. I will, of course, keep you guys in the loop.
