I need to find a way to make them faster if I want this to be profitable. Although, I basically do both the pencil and ink here. So... maybe 3x12h / page isn't so much. I don't know. I need to talk to a pro about this :P
Anyway. Hope you'll dig it.

Ouch, that's a long time! Great work though and you've got 2 roles in there (pencils and inks) so I don't know how that compares to full time comic artists working on a publication. For chains, you can certainly get shaders/brushes to speed that up, for Clip Studio Paint etc.
