Star Wars vs Alien, high Rez
Added 2022-03-09 22:36:35 +0000 UTCI wasn’t sure I’d manage to complete it today, but I did… And oh boy, did it turn out a hell of a lot better that I was expecting!
With all that black, I was afraid we wound’t see the Xemomorph. But the red light contrasting with the green smoke is doing the trick. The funny thing is, I didn’t plan that :P I wasn’t expecting the red lights to become the main source of lights but as I started to put the high lights I realized there was no way around it considering where I had put the light sources in my background. I had already put in the green fumes in my effects folder just to give the piece some Ridley Scott like atmosphere. Turns out, they work perfectly together to bring everything to light. I am FLOORED by the result.
