I might have gone a bit overboard with the effects, but once I had filled the flat colors and texture it became really clear that I needed to brake up the blue on blue on blue :P

I already had done the linework when I realized the issue and the background is something I drew 2 years ago for another pic. Somehow it didn't hit until I had done all the flats and textures that everything was tinted blue :P

2022-02-25 16:14:28 +0000 UTC*break. (Sorry, pet peeve) The blue on blue thing is an interesting problem. My first thought was "So, just remove the costume!" but then she's not as identifiable, which takes away a lot of the fun. I think you found a pretty reasonable compromise.
