SoW2: Campaign Tutorial "Sparks"

First, the next build will be out shortly-- will confirm w/MiNT on this today.

Second, it seems to make sense to introduce players to game features through a Tutorial Campaign. Here's the draft for the kick-off Campaign Module:

1.) “THE SPARK”

Overview:

Though everyone in the small South Pacific island nation sensed the rising tension for decades, some had begun the believe the danger had passed—right before the conflict erupted. The spark was absurdly distant—the consequences of the economic cold war between super powers which triggered a wholesale investor stampede to hedge their wealth in commodities. High speed trading and invisible algorithms drove the price of rice up by 100% in 24 hours—a new ‘white gold’ as the business press dubbed it. While Dominioners were only mildly affected, Primevans were hard hit as the staple of every Prime household soon shot out of reach.

The first food riots broke out spontaneously in the streets of Vikingholm and soon spread to Karlsby, Trolland and eventually the provincial capital of Sandvall. The PRF, once splintered by factions and by fear of informants, saw its chance. A dynamic party cadre saw a path to a conflict he had so dearly wished for—and the spark that was so providentially delivered by nameless men and women a world away…

You start with a small guerrilla force of poorly armed and trained volunteers. You must establish a base in Jernbjerg province to establish an ongoing presence if you hope to launch a true revolution, but to acquire the material you’ll need will mean capturing from Dominion troops or raiding. You don’t have long before Dominion forces will arrive from the mainland!
