I was asked to check out the commercials , in-game commercials apparently that are in Star Citizen. As some of you may know, I work in commercials for both Online and TV and I absolutely love them!! It may sound odd but I explain why I love adverts so much in the video.
There are so many amazing ads in this game and in the end, I had to break it up into two parts, here's Part One, enjoy!

Also to answer many of your questions about the game universe yes, the game is entirely fully explorable. Planet to planet, cities and environments, etc. The transition from space to atmosphere is also entirely seamless. no loading screens to render the planets. Everything is rendered in real time. You can get out of your ship and explore, and there are different main cities (or main hubs) where players spawn in that have all your necessities. Weapons, armor, tools, supplies, and ship dealers are all accessible in person. You walk into the dealer and there are different ships on display. And yes, there are different professions and ways to earn money in the game as well. Mining, Cargo Hauling, Mercenary Contracts, Bounty Hunting, Criminal activity, etc. My favorite part of this game is the Quantum Travel (Lightspeed). When you want to travel to a different planet, you lock it in, and launch, and while you're traveling there, if you have a ship that isn't a single seater, you can walk around while traveling and do stuff, like ship maintenance, organizing your cargo, taking a nap, scanning for pirates, etc. Alot of this is explained in the Star Engine video I mentioned in my comment above.
