I love pushing colour and dark shadows whilst bringing the white/light parts down to 75%. Can give it a serious grown up looking product whilst still being an enjoyable experience for the viewer, our clients targeted audience.
You'll see here that I've used the back light as the key (main) light but to separate the talking head (speaking directly to camera means it's a personal story) I've lit from a 45% angle. Gives me a little Rembrandt triangle (triangle shape light under left eye).
