ANNOUNCEMENT - SubZero Print Ver. Coming!

Hello Dragons,

I have a huge announcement to make! After many trials and tribulations, I can finally stop beating around the bush and tell you WE FINALLY HAVE A BOOK! I'm so excited to be able to share this announcement with all of you here-> Rights Report: Week of March 13, 2023 (publishersweekly.com)

To start off. this entire discussion began A YEAR AGO when Webtoon first suggested to make a print version of SZ. I found an agent and started pitching the story to various publishers and ...boy was it rough. XD

The story of SZ did appeal to a variety of publishers; however, it was passed over for various reasons. For a few months, I was quite sad knowing that young authors and creators have to go through what I did or worse. I had already created a series with a proven audience, and yet at every turn I was faced with something new. Some issues such as the comic was "too anime" (which I don't agree with), or that the comic was too expensive to print, or just shockingly low offers. Eventually Oni Press jumped at the opportunity to give SubZero a chance and here we are! :""D

That being said, I'm so happy to share that YES, there is a SubZero Book in the works and I want keep you all in the loop! I could not have done it without my entire audience but especially to the patrons that have supported me in creating this comic and following my passion. I started this whole comic and as an escape for myself and sometimes I can't believe where I am.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I'll definitely share bts information here if I'm allowed to (no promises just yet.) We still have to create the book which includes reformatting the layout and redrawing old panels, etc. but I hope to be able to get this book out by 2024 next year!

I honestly have no idea how I could possibly thank you all! Q-Q I will work hard to bring SubZero into a physical form you can all hold and enjoy! Thank you for everything! <3
