Gotta love inconsistencies!
Added 2018-03-23 06:22:17 +0000 UTCSometimes when you're drawing 80+ panels you start cutting corners subconsciously! Hur Hur no one actually pointed this one out but I find it funny that I would miss this considering my RANT on horse tack a couple of weeks ago!
I hope you guys enjoyed Ep.17 for the background info (and emotional roller coaster). I think the reaction it got is around 60/40 in terms of Clove/Nouren hate lol. I'm glad people are passionate about taking sides, I just hope they understand where the other side is coming from.
I had accusations that I was intentionally writing Nouren to be a bad guy so the reader could sympathize with Clove! (Not true XD) I want readers to form their own opinions about these chars (let's face it, they all are flawed in one way or another). I only hope I can see readers taking sides without completely demonizing these chars and the way they behave.
I'm going to say it once guys:
Nouren is not the villain of this story!
Also, Clove didn't come out of the womb with a perfect sense of agency! So much of her hate is summed up to: "Why is she so weak? Why can't she bench press a tank or clobber 10 men like other MCs? OR Why are her actions so emotional?"
For some of these, I really urge readers to consider when was the last time they DIDN'T make an emotional decision and actually went through life using logic and rationalizing everything.
HUHU rant over guys! I'm planning to have another mini update up next week, I'll post some more wips before the month is over! ^^
