My 2 week project is adding a new girl to the dorm room series. Her name is Kyla, and she's a little messy and a little edgy. I included a preview of the dorm renders as well as some test renders where you can see how she sizes up with Haleigh (the blonde from Lollipop).
My pinup series for this week is called 'Vrooom!' and features a tall slender redhead with a sports bike. Interestingly enough, the girl in Vrooom is a character I came up with in 2016 and never used. She was an elf, but when I started playing around with her, I just wasn't in the mood for fantasy elvish themes. So I got rid of her pointy ears and gave her a new hair style.

So I've come to the conclusion that the second PC I wanted to render on is just too trashy to do the job. It's an AMD A8-3870 with 8gb's of RAM. Needless to say, it's so old that it's pointless to upgrade, since all the upgrades would still be 2 socket generations old.
So I experimented with my Gaming PC (AMD FX 8350 16gb RAM) and wow, what a difference! What took my old machine 11 hours, takes my gaming rig 2 hours... THAT's PRODUCTIVE!!! I'm currently doing all this weeks pinup renders on that machine.
My current 3D art computer is an AMD FX 6300 with 24gb's of RAM and a GTX 1660 graphics card.
Since all my computers are showing their age, I decided to build a new gaming PC using a 3rd Generation Ryzen 5 Processor... cuz you know, priorities :P I'm going upgrade the AMD FX 6300 of my 3D art PC to an AMD FX 9370 Black Edition. I'm going to use my current AMD FX 8350 gaming rig to do pinup renders. And my old AMD A8-3870 is going to get converted to become a home cloud storage server.
So once my Amazon parts get here, bigger and better content will be coming your way!
