The prompt might be more chill, but he really reminds of Zant from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess in this. That dude is like the polar opposite of chill. Still awesome, and it is now my headcanon Mordecai *would* be the type to secretly cosplay a wacky villain from time to time if he had the chance :D
