Friday Night Beach Chat #34

Welcome back to Paradise for another little progress update.

Moving closer and closer to the next update. It is still too early to announce a release date.

Some progress has been made on a couple fronts this week; rendering is moving along as it does. A little slower than I would like but we are getting there. I've been spending a lot of time in Blender creating some custom models, I still have a bit more to do with that.

Things have also been progressing with the in-game phone system's graphical overhaul. I'm particularly pleased with the new contact details page. I think it looks pretty sharp and a great improvement over what is currently used.

Of course, I'm really looking forward to further improvements, but I don't know if I can do it. 😁 Just for fun, I tried another playthrough of the game and discovered another batch of amazing content. I'm completely captivated by the...how can I call it, the brain games, how the author manages to write those humiliating phrases so aptly. And it's still quite believable (ok, such a vacation would probably never happen, but the individual experiences are more or less believable), unlike other games, where it reaches complete obscure absurdity.
