First pic is side view of 2000ish, maybe 1800, notice how you can still see my other boob easily lol and there was very little projection.. I’ll attach pictures of my fill kit too, with the syringe and extra port, which is the dome we inject into (I was given a spare port in case of any problem)..

Some girls have expanders with inbuilt ports and if something happens the whole implant needs to be removed, with external ports however they can be taken out and replaced without any effect on the main shell..

I started with 200cc fills and then 250, 300, 400, 500 at a time.. I wouldn’t recommend any more than 500 as the skin is going to be under a ton of pressure and pain (remember this is only under local anaesthetic at most).. Larger fills are possible but what usually happens in that case is the doctor will take you into theatre, open up the pocket and then fill you up whilst you are sedated or put under completely..

I know of a couple of girls who tried large fills early on by themselves and ended up needing to explant, so as tempting as it is you really need to be patient and work your way up xx
