Diary entry 4 ❤️
Added 2020-05-25 06:15:17 +0000 UTCI’m going to come back and write this up properly in the daytime.. So much has been happening I haven’t been able to come back on till tonite..
There were two things I wanted to talk about, one was easier (to me) and was about having surgeries in different parts of the world and some tips and facts about what that entails..
The other was more personal as a lot of people have asked me to to talk more about my personal life and dating, how that works with boobs this huge and so on.. That one I will leave for after..
So yes I will come back to this in the morning.. not sure if I will delete this entry or just edit it yet.. I have missed getting my thoughts down and being able to talk to you all 😊
(I also need to catch up on phone convos with those on two of my tiers so if we haven’t spoken yet please drop me a message so we can arrange an hour to talk 1-on-1),.

Surgeries around the world and why I choose to travel
Over time I have travelled to a lot of different places for surgery as I‘ve learned that their are surgeons in different countries that favour different looks, for example in the UK they tend to normally like quite natural results..
More often than not if there is not a ‘need’ they will not want to operate on you.. Obviously that’s pain for someone like me..
There are also surgeries that aren’t commonly performed in certain places.. For example butt implants can be done but it’s very rare and tends to be discouraged back home,.
In Europe the trend is definitely towards natural looking bodies and faces post-op..
In the US there is more choice..
In South America a very slim body with a large butt is what surgeons are known for and in the Middle East it‘s all about faces..
They like a more obviously done ‘plastic’ look but don’t do much body work yet.. I guess because womens bodies are more covered up there 🤷♀️
In London when it comes to surgery tastes are just much more conservative + the trend is towards natural so that people look at you and can’t tell you’ve had work done.. I’ve noticed that surgeons back home also tend to be older than those I’ve come across in other countries..
In Colombia the extreme opposite is the case.. I used to find it fascinating how the outlook was different but that the doctors were often much younger.. The guy who did my butt looked to be in his late 30s and he had this gorgeous (and very kind) wife.. She had had her butt done too and her boobs after I left 😊 (I had actually shown her a picture of the ass I liked prior to surgery and she said ‘that’s me‘ lol)..
I loved how open they were in South America about surgery.. Unlike in the UK I didn’t ever feel I needed to explain why I needed or wanted to have something done as I often did in London.. I didn‘t need to justify my choices..
The women there are very glamorous too.. I loved how beauty was celebrated and not seen as something to be ashamed of in any way.. It was never the case that a person was thought of as ‘self obsessed‘ or vain for wanting to work on their looks..
A lot of people worried about me going somewhere ‘unsafe’ but honestly at no point in Colombia did I feel that way.. It was a beautiful country and the people were lovely.. I would happily go back 😊
Colombia though was also the strictest place (by far) when it came to flying over for surgery..
When I arrived I had gotten a passport stamp indicating what I was there for and when I left I was sent off to the medical centre at the airport to check I was healthy enough to go, which had never happened on a surgery trip before that.. I normally just fly in and out easily,. I have read that there had been a few cases of foreigners being seriously ill or dying after surgery so perhaps that’s why they were that strict..
I was also told that the usual rule was that you were meant to stay in the country something like 20 days if you were there for surgery.. I didn‘t do that..
It seems like a lot of hassle but I definitely would do it again..
I had been to Venezuela a couple of years before that and found the people there amazing too.. They were going thru a very tough time though and protests against the leader has already begun.. I wasn‘t sure I should go but my friend over there was like ‘yes, come over‘ and off I went 🤦♀️😭😭
By the time it was time to leave the military had taken control of the airport and people were trying to escape the situation.. Very soon after that the currency went into freefall.. A lot of people fled abroad, to the US, to other countries close by and Spain..
Venezuela btw was known for having amongst the most wins in international beauty pageants.. Beauty and cosmetic surgery was a huge industry over there.. As in Colombia the women there took a lot of pride in their appearance and enhancments were never looked down on.. There were ’enhanced’ women working in all fields from teaching to retail to law and medicine..
So South America is the place I would always go to for a bbl.. They can do in one procedure what it would take 3 or 4 to achieve anywhere else.. I’ve mentioned before that after my Colombian bbl one or two guys commented that I looked morphed lol and that made me smile.. It was just the amazing work of the surgeon and remember I was never even a big girl to start with so there was not much visible fat to remove..
I know a lot of girls from the UK go to Turkey and Spain and although those places are much closer I’d pick South America over both..
He ended up taking it from my back and my stomach even though I was only around a UK size 8.. I was told I wasn‘t a suitable candidate for the procedure in both Europe and the US as I was already slim and didn’t ‘need‘ it..
There were a couple of negatives to my surgery in South America but obviously this won’t apply to everyone.. My surgeon was extremely aggressive with lipo, to the point where I ended up with a burn.. He made me absolutely tiny but he needed to be aggressive to do it as I was already a small girl.. He simply didn’t have a lot to work with.. The aftercare was also brutal.. cold showers and very strictly monitered food intake.. I ended up begging the nurse for pizza lol and one day she finally relented 😂😂
People at the time wondered why I had gone quiet, I was dealing with the recovery and the burn.. I remember later on looking at my figure in the mirror and being wow 😊 It takes a lot to impress me lol.. I did make the mistake of sleeping on just sides though so lost the fat he had transferred there.. I will go back and do the procedure once my butt expansion is over..
Facial work they do brilliantly in the Middle East.. Women there aren‘t ashamed to get their faces done and the makeup also tends to be louder and more obvious.. I know people will love it or hate it but each to their own, right ❤️ In Europe as I said we‘re used to much more natural looks and my preference is much more overtly sexy..
This post has rambled far too long so I will likely come back and edit it.. There was more I wanted to say so I may cut bits out if I add more.. Sorry about that xx
