All About XL Expansion - Open Post

So I came across the picture above and it’s been shared quite widely.. This is just a guide to xl implants and will hopefully clear up a few misconceptions and myths.. Again, an open post so feel free to share and pass on..

Firstly, the pic above is round v anatomical implant, it isn’t really a representation of saline v silicone. Why do I say this? Because implants usually come in 2 different shapes, the more usual round type (as on the left) and tear drop shaped (ie anatomical).. This is not to do with saline or silicone..

Saline is more common in the US, whilst silicone is much more common in Europe, isn’t that funny.. I actually don’t know of a single doctor in the UK using saline, unless it’s for reconstruction, people tend to head to Belgium if they went saline.. It’s still pretty rare..

Round shells tend to give a faker look, but it also depends on a few other factors, such as how much natural tissue a person has, what they started with etc 

Sometimes I see a guy compare a girl who started with large boobs with someone who started with nothing and say why don’t they look the same size lol, obviously they aren’t going to.. 

Someone who started with smaller boobs and is of slimmer build is usually going to get the fake look earlier, and someone who started larger is going to tend to look bigger of course but have much more ‘hang’ for longer..

Standard implants also come in different profiles (meaning how high they are).. A patient who wants a more natural look may go for mods, while someone who wants faker would go for high profile.. 

It does make more difference than you might imagine, I went from 700 to 1000, years ago and you might think oh only 300cc but because I switched from mod to high profile silicone they suddenly looked a LOT more fake (it was at this point my boob greed really started btw 😛)..

There are 2 ways of going XL, with overfilled shells or expanders.. Many people go with overfilled shells as it’s considered safer, with less chance of infection, though it can still happen.. As you have probably gathered by now many many girls who have gone down my route have or are experiencing infection..

Why are expanders more prone to problems like infection? 

Simply put, the port where the needle goes on is where bacteria can enter, it’s not what happened in my case but it’s what usually causes the problem..

Expander shells come with very short warranties (my old 2000cc pair, which were the same brand most girls had, Allergan, discontinued now though) only had a 3 month warranty, and that’s without even overfilling lol.. My last silicone pair had a LIFETIME warranty.. From that you can get an idea of the difference in quality but the manufacturers of expanders cover themselves by saying well they aren’t intended for long-term use 🤔

Most doctors simply don’t went the hassle of dealing with something more high-risk and have patients coming back to them with this issue or that..

’Normal’’ shells come in different profiles/heights.. Expanders don’t.. The only way you can specify height is to order a pair of true customs, which take up to 3 months to receive and cost around 20k (not counting surgery). My old 2k shell we received in 48 hours in the US, though I think in Europe the wait is a bit longer.. My original doctor was Dr Foster btw and he was okay with putting in any size as long as it was safe lol.. He didn‘t have an aversion to the fake look or girls who wanted to go large..

He was great, I remember him charging $7500 back then but I was cheeky and said “can you do me for 5” 😂😂😂 It was just before Xmas and he was about to retire.. He happily agreed 🙌🙌 

As I’ve said they were originally meant for short-term use so it’s more just about building up size and they were originally meant for reconstruction so most don’t get the option of being too fussy with these lol 

Unfortunately in Europe, the largest any well-known doctor will (publicly) admit to doing right now is only around 4k..

I‘ve noticed a few girls stretching the truth a little to get people more excited but the largest you can get in Europe with a well known doctor right now is 2k overfilled to around 4.. No girl (apart from Beshine) has gone much past 4k with a doctor from Europe so it’s not going to happen, unless you have contacts or someone close to you who works in medicine and will really go that extra mile.. 

Maximum sizes vary from country to country..

In the US the largest you can get for silicone is around 800-900cc.. Over 700cc is considered ‘XL’ lol.. Most go for saline anyway though and that means 800-900 shells overfilled.. Quite a few doctors will overfill to 1500-2000, but I don’t know of anyone going over 4000ish that way.. 

Larger silicone and of course string implants had been available on the past but this is no longer the case.. 

In Europe by contrast the vast majority go for silicone.. In the UK the largest we can get is 1500cc and those are ordered in from France..

 In other parts of Europe the maximum for silicone is 2500cc and for saline/expanders it’s around 4000cc..

Edit** In case anyone mentions Martina Big, she just went rogue and her real size was closer to 4k than 8k lol (how does a person add around 4000cc in 1-2 months max, the obvious answer is they don’t).. 

Most of what she says is BS, from becoming a ‘real’ biological black woman with tanning injections (🙄) to the most recent lie saying she now has the world’s biggest implants, when she actually has an active infection and that was the REAL reason she‘s just had surgery, not to go bigger at all 🙈
