Surgery inspo.. too big?

Would this be too big?
I've seen a few people ask how I'll work in medicine with my proportions.. I have a friend who works in Cancer research who also has XL boobs.. She manages fine.. I'll do a separate post about the 'serious' side of these things at a later point..
