Havoc Staff

My 100th design is done!!

I designed Skeletor's Havoc Staff as if it was going to be a prop for a movie. It has at least 27 pieces. See the video link below for any assembly instructions. A few things to note though

This is for display, I would not start swinging this around.

The shaft/rod sleeves are to be printed as many times as you need to get the staff to the desired height. I printed 7 sleeves and 1 base. But if you are taller or shorter that may change.

I used a .5 in PVC pipe and I got the 6 foot version but I cut it down

I tried to orient all the STLs for what I thought was best for print

resin - this will fit on a saturn.
For the sleeves, print these directly on the build plate
I have the sleeves both hollowed out and solid. as well as with and without supports.
for the skull print with a thin wall, I used 2.5

For FDM - this should easily fit on an ender 3

I would use tree supports.

.12 layer height.

I would also test print 1 sleeve cover to make sure it will fit over the pipe

added pdf for order

I printed 7 and a base. I am 5'7 so you may want to paint more if you are taller. I also got my .5 pipe form Lowe's, it was 6 foot but I cut it down.

Also, how many sleeve pieces do you recommend printing?

Uncle Jessy

That is what the video above does but I can make a pdf later today. :)

Do you have a diagram or anything that show how all the parts go together?

this link keeps getting removed by patreon https://youtu.be/OISUmq1apz8

sorry its so many files, patreon limits my uploads to 200 MBs a file. BTW this is on the dropbox too.

Congratulations on reaching 100 designs. The image looks awesome, and I an eager to see how it comes out. (Will be starting to run these pieces off once i get them downloaded.)
