this one is a bit different :D I just wanted to have something colored preatty fast ... and well i saw a lot of young artists on DA using apicture and drawing over it ... well i think this is odd using a photo putting an oil filter over it with one click and use the body from the photo just put a new head on it ... How ever this is a nice fast way to create a picture of your most loved anime characters.
... I liked the idea of mixed media!
An as I was starting drawing my idea of that sweet couple (the weather here is pretty rough, I was lonely for 2 day and well such pictures happen in those times :D )

For the rest I used simple textures and merged em Like I want.
Some curves and colour-corrections - voila: done! ... 5h work ... more then i thought ... but much faster if I would had drawn it all by hand.
The howl thinking about light just appears as I merged in the picture of the pillow and blanket. I liked the idea of rain but with some howls in the clouds so the sun is still reaching you with there hart-full sunbeams. And this way I do not needed to overwork the light situation of the blanked to much.
:D this low res Pillow just reminds me on FF9 :D and I play it a lot newer days :D
On the pillow and the wood on the back - the resolution still let this feel like I used a photo that do not match ... but I like the overheads that it they put in. So there is more focus on that girl watching out that window.
The glass was much more easy then i thought. just some colour corrections, multiplications of those 2 pictures, a gray layer the rain 2 and 3 times :D but different and well the girls flesh mirrored and blurred.
