Ich schätze mich unglaublich glücklich, Anne mittlerweile fast einmal im Monat fotografieren zu dürfen. Das Fantastische ist für mich dabei, dass wir in diese Shootings nahezu komplett unvoreingenommen (man könnte sogar sagen: unvorbereitet) gehen - und sich Anne jedes mal aufs neue darauf einlässt, mit mir in einer Location Lichtsituationen zu suchen, die Ihren Körper zur Geltung bringen.

Das Spannende ist, dass wir uns beide mehr oder weniger das unausgesprochene Ziel gesetzt haben, jedes Mal neue bzw. andere Bilder entstehen zu lassen - ohne Bildkonzepte der vorigen Shootings zu wiederholen. Und ich denke mir vor jedem zweiten Shooting: also heute fällt uns sicher nichts neues ein - wir haben doch schon alle Fotos gemacht. Und jedes Mal wieder bin ich aufs neue überrascht, dass wir uns von der Location und dem Licht wieder ganz neu inspirieren lassen können ...

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be allowed to photograph Anne almost once a month. The fantastic thing for me is that we go into these shoots almost completely unbiased (one might even say: unprepared) - and Anne is always ready to join me in looking for light situations in a location that highlight her body.

The exciting thing is that we have both more or less set ourselves the unspoken goal of creating new or different pictures each time - without repeating ideas from previous shoots. And I think to myself before every second shoot: surely we can’t come up with anything new today - we’ve already taken all the pictures. And every time I’m surprised anew that we can be inspired by the location and the light all over again…
