Even Pixiv wants artists censored..

So, Pixiv, a website that is perfectly happy displaying child porn artwork and hardcore guro, has a problem with artwork containing 2 consenting adults..
I honestly dont get it. This now leaves me with an issue. Where can I actually post my artwork without feeling the boot of censorship?
It seems nowhere is safe :/
