I’ve noticed when it comes to napping you need to snack on something before you rest. I get headaches all the time from not eating before a nap.

White noise works for me, rain, waterfalls, waves. Not for everyone though.
Taking a tech break before going to sleep, half an hour switch off all tech (well, not lights), do some reading, a puzzle, art.
