opening Commissions on January 11th

As for now, there are not limited spots but there's a limit of 1 slot per customer, meaning you can only ask for 1 commission piece in this batch. Eventually I'll be able to bring back the option of multiple slots per customer! I'm trying to figure out my new commission system right now so bls bear with me.
