I'm losing my mind about the chat during the scene rewatch of Abby's nightmare lmao. Older Abby is wearing present day Abby's clothes (which happen to be similar to Marlene's) because this version of her already knows what young Abby will find and hopes to protect her. Marlene was waiting for and got shot dead by Joel in the car park. It's practically impossible for Marlene to have found the dead surgeon, come across Abby in the hallway and somehow intercept Joel in the carpark in the time it took Joel to simply take the elevator down. And it's no different in the game.

I remember the hype that surrounded that at the time. I don't know how different the series will be from the game, but it's the difference between a 25 hour game vs 9 hour long episodes.
