Thanks for the comments. The choice to stream was polled and that was the decision made so I went with it. It was a new learning experience and that is how it was taken and reflected upon. You’ll notice I haven’t live-streamed an episode next. There is some talk of an arcane watch party currently via twitch which now I’ve seen the whole thing should be a lot better.

2025-04-29 14:57:06 +0000 UTCThe full version of "Wasteland" doesn't end on "please let me go" there's a big tonal shift at the end: " I'm not ready to face it Don't go saying goodbye There's a beauty in changes And I wanna try This world is a wasteland where nothing can grow If it weren't for you, I'd be here all alone I know in my heart this is where we belong This world is a wasteland Don't let me go." I wish they had included it in the episode, coz given all the little details with the pink Ahmet streak, Cait going thru the plans and the airship as the final image, this is clearly more representative of the end to Powder's story (at least in Piltover).

2025-04-26 20:26:06 +0000 UTCThis might (or might not; you probably know better than me at this point, considering all the comments that you have probably gotten), but I figured that I get my opinion out there as well. Personally, I am very disappointed that you decided to stream the climax episode of the series live. I will try to list the reasons why, and you can do with that information as you want. 1) The most obvious: The risk of spoilers. Sure, there might not have been any, but the risk was there, which makes it that some viewers (like me) will sit and worry through the whole thing that you will be spoilered, which might ruin scenes that we have been waiting for you to react to for weeks or months now. Also, a spoiler doesn't have to be a "strict" spoiler. It can also be just people doing stuff like "ohoho, now the next scene..." or just the atmosphere of the chat overall giving you the impression that _something_ important will happen. If that makes sense. 2) Livestreaming comes with a live chat; this means you will check on it from time to time. And this just adds another thing that you might potentially be distracted by. I don't think it happened, but the risk was there. (Plus playing into another layer of "worry" for the viewers that gets bothered by it, whether that is fair to you or not). 3) Livestreams for me always gives the feeling of some kind of "watch party" with friends, that makes the reactor feel like they can't pause and rewind as much as they want, because they feel like they waste people time. And I am here for your reaction, even if you want to rewind 10 frames 100 times -- I am not here for the people watching the stream. 4) This just applies to reaction of content by the way, if you want to live stream your analysis etc, I would not care. Anyway, thanks for reacting to arcane, even if that last episode soured it a little bit for me (since I pretty much had to cover the chat with my hand to try to mitigate some of the stuff I mentioned above). I hope some of my ramblings made sense and that I didn't come off too harsh, entitled or ungrateful. Just wanted to give my honest opinion since I have _really_ enjoyed your reactions up to this point. (ps. please watch Frieren :3)

Edit:just like you notice later on as well if i just continued watching haha

I really wish there were more seasons planned, but I do mostly like how the different storylines resolved. Even the third time through, it still hurts!

2025-03-20 21:58:02 +0000 UTCCan yiu check something. When I tried it recently I could only share my entire screen and I couldn’t do any form of Picture in Picture. The only format I could choose was my entire screen and also my entire webcam as two separate little windows. It also wouldn’t allow me to save the audio tracks separately for editing the VOD afterwards for people who can’t attend. Plus I only have 720p as an option which isn’t great for text heavy streams.

I moderate for a lets play youtuber and he has a specific channel only for patreon members, and in that channel a private room where you can stream videos. Totally understandable if it's a confusing interface for you, but it is probably the best option going forward, at least for now.

It isn't this version of Ekko, but rather the version that was first introduced to League of Legends. Still, you can see his core concept and how well that translates to this show. Ekko is, truly, the greatest of all time for me. Pun... not intended, but I'll leave it in there XD Also, the creators of Arcane have as good as confirmed that Jinx is alive, having escaped through the ducts that Caitlyn found on the plans of the hex gate. But yeah... this episode really felt like it really wrapped up the show beautifully. I know that there are those who disagree, but... for me, it broke my heart just the way it needed to be broken.
