2025-01-29 12:56:22 +0000 UTCIf you want a top rated anime to watch that is relatively new, that would also be good for reaction/analysis from the therapist perspective, I recommend Frieren: Beyond Journeys End. It's a touching, heartfelt anime with some action and adventure. The main character is an extremely long-lived elf going on a journey of discovery regarding emotional connection and the mortality of the much shorter lived humans that she has encountered during her vast lifespan.

As for the scheduling: yep, sounds good, whichever setup seems to work best. I think some people also have a setup where they run a 20 minute show in parallel with a longer(usually 40-55 minute show) so they can alternate between as their schedule allows. Incase that'd be useful in general

Watching it all I can think of is about his value system and accessing behaviours around that, and what he wants to stand for etc, instead of focussing on specific outcomes. Having said that, there are a relatively easy watch for times when I'm a bit bored but can't stomach Arcane pain or have a proper analysis hat on! And these are short, with credits and intro taken out they're probably less than 20 mins of actual episode time so i could do nearly 3 in an hour.

2025-01-29 11:14:01 +0000 UTCLoved the brief moment of dread at 25:55 lol Yeah, it's a pretty tragic situation, but, the show does some interesting things with it IMO, and takes this as an opportunity to let a lot of good side characters take the spotlight since their fights actually aren't as easy as they are for Saitama in some cases. Would love to see more, especially considering season 3 is supposed to debut later this year.
