I suspect that will be too much for my system. Its already streaming and recording that stream, I would then have to set up another screen record on OBS to record the chat from the youtube studio. Before that second screen record I am already pushing into several gigs of swap memory.

2024-12-31 15:24:13 +0000 UTCIf you cant keep the stream up on yt an other option could be to record the chat and embedd it in the livestream. (Ether directly during the live stream or in the upload version) Given it doesn't cause to much performance issues with your mac.

The problem is that whilst it processed it picked up the copyrighted contend from Arcane and now has a claim on it, which means I might end up taking the entire video down from youtube and just leaving the one on patreon that I uploaded (which was a recording of the stream but it wont include the live chat unfortunately).

You'll also have to make sure you are watching the one on this link and not the one I uploaded to Patreon (I didnt realise YT would automatically do the VOD here). Then live chat should work but it does say it takes up to 24 hours to process so I think it is still processing currently.

It actually looks as if the post that was set up before the stream to notify people Youtube has turned into the video itself (I didnt realise it did that). I will notify people via post though of when the next one will be. Obviously people are in different time zones so will try to change them up.

2024-12-30 15:05:17 +0000 UTCJust weird YouTube rounding, it rounds down the minutes, so if it's 6hours and 54 minutes remaining, it just displays 6hours, it does display the minutes accurately once it's down to sub 1hour. IIRC it does the opposite to video postage dates, if a video was posted 6 years and a day ago it displays it as seven years ago.
