To answer your question on minute 04:38: The apostle noint is not in the city helping the humans against the demons because the god Ehit wants her to deal with the nuisances (hajime and co). Also the war between the races is just entertainment for Ehit and he even instigated that war himself through his apostels and through manipulating every race including the chruch. He is basically manipulating every race for his desire of war/chaos.
