It's feel good weekend!

Here's a recent commission I did....

The original prompt:

Listener and Hank are ready to buy their first home. Listener has been looking at a particular house but when Hank asks about it she denies it. Its out of their budget

Hank secretly goes alone to this house and views it for himself. He can see why listener loves it, imagining himself and her living here. He puts an offer down and his offer does get accepted much to his surprise

He decided to keep this a secret from listener and plans to surprise her.

He and listener go to view houses and conveniently they so happen to pass the house listener keeps looking at. Listener is unsure as she knows they both can't afford it. Hank convinces her to at least go look.

At some point the estate agent hands Hank the keys to the house and congratulates them both. Listener is confused but then Hank explains all~
