The rhythm of the footsteps as you were walking was hypnotic enough in and of itself but add to that all the other elements and this felt like as close to being in nature as you can get without actually being in nature. Because I felt bad taking time to myself even after the. Humans need to reset, to find moments of peace because we can't live with that kind of mindset, thinking we have to be available all the time. I am so tired of having to be reachable/available all the time, the idea of a getaway is comforting. You could consider working on meditation audios… because that’s what you are forcing people do in the end, focus on something other than the mess in our mind. First I was trying to figure out if you were actually recording this in real time, but eventually I gave in and just listened to the birds. And I wouldn’t mind having your voice telling me to focus on my breathing! :) Thank you, this is precious! Hope you are managing to escape too! ♥
