As you could see in the image I uploaded a few days ago, I used some ropes to make a "kind of belt" and then I did a bloating with soda, although it is true that I am working on recovering and improving my capacity, the goal of this video was to see how far I could go with that "belt" restricting my expansion... And it ended up pretty well to be honest.
