Btw, if you are ever curious about watching a campaign, may I recommend the mini-campaign, The Calamity series as a jumping off point? It's quite possibly the best thing Critical Role ever put out, it's SO good and it's much shorter than a full campaign. It's set over a thousand years before Vox Machina, so you don't really need any prior knowledge of anything either.
Just 4 episodes, it's pretty long still, but not quite as much of a time-sink as a full campaign and heck, if you upload your reaction as a patreon exclusive I'd watch that. Don't even need to edit it, just toss it up as is. Probably far too long for an actual video tho.
Heck, maybe you can rope in Mosco to watch it together?

It’s now a cola ones perfectly in the show but by shooting himself in the hand Percy Voided the contract with the demon.

The demon was definitely in the gun, but Percy shooting his hand worked because he shot his dominant hand-the one he uses for the gun. This made him temporarily unable to fulfill the bargain, which broke the demon’s control over him.
Season two is going to be hype!!!

We've seen dragons, and vampires, armies of the undead, elves and gnomes and discoball codpieces.
And yet, the most unbelievable part of this fanciful tale is a leader abdicating power of his own accord.

It is a little amusing seeing Elijah rail against Delilah, as if it's reasonable for Delilah to operate by typical empathy at this point. She kills children & basically everyone with ease, because her love & empathy are solely tied to Sylas. And it's a genuinely loving bond between them, which is why you care & understand. But at the same time, she did pull that move with the bodies on the Suntree. I could tell the moment she saw that moment, she was going to have as little mercy for the Briarwoods as Percy.

Case and point the Season 1 finale. And THIS is just the tip of the very big iceberg that is ,,How many times and how deeply can CR crush our hearts" The answer: I've lost count with the devistasion as of the end of Season 3.

Yes Elijah, that’s how they ended it. Critical Role is sure very good at their cliffhangers. At least you didn’t have to wait a whole bloody year to see THE DRAGONS! 🤣

So, if you want to look into how things went in the campaign, well, there are video compilations where they take the best moment from the show and show you the campaign version! Maybe someone more familiar with those compilations can link them to you?
Anyway, I know some reactors do decide to react to those compilations sometimes, so it'd be fun to see yours as well! :)

If you're looking for an explanation on how shooting his hand got rid of the demon:
It's basically a symbolic injury, but symbolism matters when it comes to spiritual things. It comes down to an important detail; Percy shot his LEFT hand.
Percy is naturally left hand dominant. Most of the time that we see him shooting, that is the hand that he uses. The only time we see him using his right hand to shoot, it's when the target is on The List (the times when he puts the mask on). This is symbolic of the demon taking control of him.
That injury left a pretty sizeable hole in his hand, to the point that several of his fingers would've been crippled. It would've made it very difficult, even with healing, for him to use a firearm with that hand. And again, it's his LEFT hand, the hand HE normally uses.
Essentially, he is so determined to reject the demon, that he is willing to permanently impair his ability to fight, rather than allow the demon to take control of him. Thus, purging the demon from his body (and why it tried to take refuge in the gun, so that it still had a tether to the mortal world).

So I hope you see this Elijah, I have not watched the actual game at the table... yet: So moving forward (since you usually mention that you hope they rolled high on stuff), the crew didn't change much for Season 2, maybe a few minor things here and there, but for Season 3 they (from what I heard) changed a LOT, especially the second half. Basically mostly everything is only at the show. (For Season 1 it was a 1 to 1 to the original game)

I swear it always feels like the wait for VM reactions are the longest. XD 1 down, 2 more (possibly 3 depending on when we get season 4) to go!
I'm genuinely shocked you didn't have as big a reaction to Keyleth blushing at Vex. A lot of other reacters immediately jump to the conclusion that Keyleth has a thing for Vex. Though nothing does happen between them, it is fun to point out that -
a. Vex, Vax and Keyleth are all bi-sexual
b. Marisha Ray confirmed that Keyleth did have a bit of a crush on Vex early on in the campaign (or at the very least found her attractive)
c. Laura Bailey is 100% onboard with the Vexleth fan ship. XD lol

I saw a theory online a while ago about this finale (I try to keep it as vague as I possibly can) - it isn't totally bulletproof, but it has some legitimate things going for it: It is about when Vax saved Keyleth from dyeing, basically it wasn't ,,just" Vax saving her. I mean don't get me wrong he did what he had to do to save her... as in he ,,did what he had to do" to save her.

I do highly recommend that you check out the actual groups D&D Vox Machina campaign, there is so much that is not in the show but is integral to the overall story, the emotions portrayed both happy and sad in the actual streams are more raw than in the show, but that's just my opinion, I do still believe it would be good to at least check it out.
