Not as destructive as he did to his kids, but still similar-ish intersions. (Btw THAT episode in Season 6 is still peak animation on how to do an effective backstory episode)

2024-11-10 23:46:49 +0000 UTCI fear Elijah will not survive this season XD I am interested in your Mel's armor theory and it definitely holds some water. Maybe it is enchanted or maybe Mel is able to use magic and it has still not been revealed to us. We don't know anything about Mel's father and Mel being capable of doing magic could be why her mother is so deadset on getting Mel to join her. If you ever watched My Hero Academia, people in that universe get born with superpowers and there is a character with really amazing powers that we later learn that their father purposefully had children with their mother to try and create a perfect prodigy to raise and mold and that child rejected being their pawn and I wonder if Mel has a similar story because it makes me think of them.

Her family not into big displays of emotion. So she starts to with Vi...then pulls herself back. I don't even think she realizes it. That computer-ish gizmo Kaitlyn unlocks with the key reminds me of the 1950s plans for the "Memex" machine... basically, think of hypertext and searching, but it's all on microfilm. Yeah, it's definitely Mel's Mom who let them in. How else would she have had her army ready at exactly the right time? And notice, no one *hurt* Mel. Well, very much, at least by her Mom's standards...

2024-11-10 07:03:29 +0000 UTCYYESSS THIS IS SO EXCITING! Arcane is how I found your channel so I’m really looking forward to watching you react to it now! Side note, though… god I hate trailers. I get why reactors react to them, but I really, REALLY wish they didn’t. I refused to watch the trailer and it made this episode WAY more intense and enjoyable. For example, I was genuinely worried for Maddie, as I had no way of knowing she lived. You went into this reaction knowing way more than you should have because trailers just blatantly spoil a bunch of crap 😑 On a more positive side, love your passion and can’t wait to see how you analyze the show moving forward! I feel like your analytical skills have improved which is good, because even just from the first episode this season seems way more stylized, symbolic, and just plain LOADED than the first one (which is a pretty freaking high bar already). Looking forward to another great season with ya! 🥂
