Oh, and I don't know why you're missing the intros and outtros. RWBY's setup is to show the new volume's intro at the end of each first episode, then it becomes the intro for the rest of them. They're pretty long, so the only thing I can think of is whomever saved these video files wanted to cut down on time and filesize.

So to complete the school it takes 4 years and the first years students are 17 years old (Ruby is the only one who is 15) and the fourth year students are 21 , that's why Cinder ,Mercury and Emerald event though they are older can still pass as students

Dropping in to say, because you mentioned you'd downloaded the Yellow Trailer track, if you weren't already aware RWBY's soundtrack is in a weird spot atm with regards to official sources, due to copyright shenanigans with the Viz acquisition. If you want to make sure you're supporting the show, the songs from volumes 1-8 are available on all major music services under the titles "Songs Part One" "Songs Part Two" etc. The artist you're looking for is Jeff Williams. Avoid anything credited to anyone else, as those are all pirated uploads that sprang up while the IP was changing hands

Taking Elijah's words from this reaction, "when you know, you know" Cinder's being undercover as a huntress student isn't out of place, normally the age range of the academies are entering at 17, which is most of the students besides Ruby she entered 2 years early at 15, and its a 4 year system, so people who see Cinder and her cohords most likely since they're in there final year, roughly 21. And seeing how you looked up her age she can easily be mistaken for early twenties

Ah yes, one's fist complete encounter with Jessica Nigri's Cinder. It... does things. She's a villain but G'DDAMN! Side lore bit. Cinder is based off Cinderella, Emerald is based off Aladdin and Mercury is based off Greek god Hermes/Roman god Mercury. As far as Blake's 'secret' of being a faunus, teams RWBY, JNPR and Sun and Neptune know. Everyone else in Beacon doesn't know about her ears or her history with the White Fang. (Which only allow faunus, BTW.) Also, also. There are several World of Remnant shorts per volume 1-4ish of in world lore that doesn't get to be covered in the show since it's typically 'everyone knows this' style of information that's useful to watchers.

Flashing strobe lights warning for two scenes in chapter 4 (the next reaction video). I don't think Elijah is particularly sensitive, but it feels worth mentioning. And more specifically to Elijah, be very careful looking things up online about RWBY given your preference for avoiding spoilers. (I have fallen to this before myself.) Now, to this reaction... Seeing your excitement over Yang catching food in her mouth had me thinking that you were not prepared for the food fight of all time so that was particularly fun to watch. Also, nice catch at the hint of Ruby's music theme - the show has so much music to it so that's a fun side of it to notice and enjoy (and I say that despite the fact that I'm not particularly into music myself). And your reactions to Cinder are completely reasonable. I'm so excited for these volume 2 reactions. Chapters 1 and 2 already have you just as curious for what's next as we all were. oooh Elijah is soooo hooked lol…. best day ever is one of my favorite episodes. the food fight is iconic of course but it’s the juxtaposition of that ep that really pushes it to the top for me. emerald and mercury are the same age as our heroes excluding Ruby who they’re a couple years older than. So we see them kill a man before the episode flips to the food fight where Oz specifically tells Glynda let them be kids its not a role they’ll have forever before it flips the focus immediately back to Emerald and Mercury again. Without even telling us their backstories crwby has already told us that those two have been through some shit. it’s just good storytelling

On the first episode of every volume, the opening is shown at the end, helps to keep yourself blind to anything that comes up in it before watching. So that's when they're supposed to be watched, end of episode 1 or start of episode 2. I guess your videos just have them cut out?
