Pumped that you have started watching this -- one of my lowkey favorite things about TDP is the use of motifs, color, and symbolism throughout. The attention to detail on outfits, architecture, etc demonstrates incredible world-building.

(Harrow and Viren, Callum and Rayla), that is simply hilarious, also about Rayla/Elfs in general, most magical creatures are superior to humans biologically (which will be explored in the future) so yes Rayla climbing that cliff with no water or breaks she is indeed stronger and faster than a normal human
