Back when Steve and I were working on our Grey Otter pitch, a guy hit me up on a hook-up site, and I thought it was Steve playing a trick on me. Why did I think that?
The guy's screen name was "Holden Gray". The name I had come up with for the Grey Otter's alter ego was Holden Grey.
But I was wrong, it was just a freak coincidence. The guy had chosen his screen name by bashing together the names of the lead characters in his 2 favorite novels: Picture of Dorian Gray, and Catcher in the Rye.
